IQMS CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is a module that can be added to the IQMS systems or provided as a standalone product.

A “dash board” specific to each user displays the active processes, – documents – and tasks allocated to the user.

The ability for a user to see all relevant information (active processes, documents and tasks) in one view supports good practice and reduces the risk of missed tasks and opportunities.

This information is also available online to management, which provides appropriate supervision and enables action to be taken required to keep business moving, maintaining customer controls to make every opportunity count.
